Registration for a workshop is binding. By submitting your registration you are bound to pay the participation fee.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. When you cancel your participation at least one month in advance of the workshop a full refund, minus 5,000 yen processing fee, will be made.
When you cancel less than one month in advance, the entire fee is due. However, this registration is transferable to another person with notice, i.e. if you find someone else who is willing to take your place in the workshop, then the fee will be refunded,
under deduction of 5,000 yen processing fee, after the payment of your replacement has been received. All refunds will be issued after the workshop.
The date of payment determines your place on the waiting list. If you cannot participate because the workshop is full the full payment will be refunded, unless you agree to participate in a later workshop.
If you have to cancel please contact us and explain your situation. In special circumstances we may make exceptions on this cancellation policy.
